Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends and technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust machine learning architectures that can handle massive scale and real-time data streams.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by actively researching and prototyping next-gen AI models.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining product strategy and technical roadmaps for high-growth tech companies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
