Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance AI architectures aligned with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead R&D efforts into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum-ready algorithms, and Edge Computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence, autonomy, and continuous growth.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to robust, future-proof frameworks.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product leadership to translate complex technical roadmaps into user-centric products that define the market.
- Standards & Security: Establish and enforce rigorous engineering standards, security protocols, and best practices across all development teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering or technical architecture experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing AI or complex systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a significant plus.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry shifts and proactively adapt architectural strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: A proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering high-impact solutions under tight deadlines.
