Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology, or sustainable systems
- Published research or patents in future-focused technology domains
- Experience scaling teams from concept to production for disruptive innovations
