Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging technology trends to forecast their impact on business operations by 2026.
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to prototype and validate new technologies.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with long-term corporate goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to define feasibility and ROI for high-tech initiatives.
- Mentor a team of researchers and engineers in experimental technologies.
- Publish thought leadership content and present findings to C-suite stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or product management.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
