Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy AI-powered systems integrating quantum computing paradigms for 2026-scale applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing sustainable tech solutions for climate resilience
- Drive innovation in neuromorphic computing and biometric authentication systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to define 5-year tech roadmaps and strategic R&D initiatives
- Mentor senior engineers in emerging technologies and ethical AI deployment

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in AI/ML system architecture
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies (2018-2024)
- Track record of scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers in high-growth environments
