- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced ML) for potential integration.
- Manage technical debt, ensuring the long-term maintainability of the codebase.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust) and frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and technical transformations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and large-scale data processing is a major plus.
