Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of shipping 3+ complex systems
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps
- Published research in IEEE or ACM proceedings
- Experience securing Series B+ funding rounds
