Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy quantum-resistant encryption systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-human symbiosis frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 5+ years applied research
- Published work in Nature, Science, or IEEE on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, or Quil)
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
