Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with $500M+ market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property monetization
- Oversee ethical compliance for next-gen tech deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading $10M+ innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management with executive/board audiences
