- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum engineers, AI researchers, and sustainability experts
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant applications and venture partnerships
- Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for portfolio expansion
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 5-year technology horizon studies
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks in next-gen systems development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or Emerging Tech fields
- Proven track record of launching minimum 3 market-defining products
- Deep expertise in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Strong network with venture capital firms and federal research agencies
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech innovation journals
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Management (STM)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ innovators
