Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum or AI advancements
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, and federated learning frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and negotiating corporate partnerships
