Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical tech governance in autonomous systems
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present technological forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven 2026+ tech roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent startup scaling experience
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Track record of launching products with 1M+ active users
- Certification in Future Foresight Methodology (FFM) from World Futures Society
