Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, prototyping, and validating next-generation solutions.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) into core business operations.
- Present innovative concepts and long-term visions to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives.
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-proofing methodologies.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the evolving technological landscape.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy consulting, or product innovation.
- Future-Focused: Demonstrated history of successfully navigating and leading through complex technological shifts (e.g., AI adoption, digital transformation).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, software architecture, and digital ecosystems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve unstructured problems.
