Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2030-vision planning experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or blockchain architecture
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech
- Successful P&L management for $5M+ innovation portfolios
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with futurism focus
- Fluency in Mandarin, Hindi, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified in emerging tech ethics frameworks (IEEE 7000, etc.)
