Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Identify emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop proof-of-concepts for futuristic solutions with $1M+ innovation budgets
- Present strategic technology forecasts to board members and industry consortiums
- Mentor innovation fellows through our Future Tech Academy program
- Secure strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in future tech strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/AR)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent
- Experience with federal grant applications (SBIR/STTR) and IP portfolio management
- Deep network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Singapore)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
