Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead end-to-end innovation cycles from ideation to MVP launch
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budgets across emerging tech verticals
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research labs and industry pioneers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Present quarterly technology disruption briefings to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching market-defining products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-tech, AR/VR, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment analysis
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
