- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to implement future-ready solutions
- Secure and manage $5M+ innovation grants and venture capital partnerships
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching at least three industry-disrupting products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech architectures
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed journals
- Strong network with academic institutions and VCs in emerging tech
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ technical professionals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
