Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype scalable solutions for 2026-era challenges across AI, IoT, and quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid R&D cycles for emerging technologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning tech innovation with market disruption timelines
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify paradigm-shifting technologies 3-5 years ahead
- Ensure ethical frameworks and sustainability principles are embedded in all innovations
- Collaborate with global partners to validate future tech use cases and adoption pathways
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record shipping AI/quantum/IoT systems at scale
- Mastery of futures methodologies (scenario planning, technology forecasting)
- Expertise in ethical tech frameworks and ESG compliance for next-gen systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature Futures, IEEE Spectrum)
