Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed systems architecture
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- Published research or patents in futuristic technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or preferred)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with 3-5 year vision execution
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies
