Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-focused technologies including quantum-resistant cryptography and neuro-interfaces
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through NIH/NSF grants and private partnerships
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through agile prototyping and MVP launches
- Mentor PhD researchers and foster collaboration with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Present findings at Davos and CES to shape global tech policy standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits or acquisitions)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, bio-integrated electronics, or climate modeling
- Strong network in venture capital and government innovation agencies (DARPA, IARPA)
- Published in Nature/Science with 500+ citations in relevant domains
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience leading international teams across 4+ time zones
