Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026-forward technology roadmap aligned with market disruption goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML-powered automation solutions for enterprise clients
- Identify and validate emerging tech opportunities (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, biotech interfaces)
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley labs and academic institutions
- Present tech vision to C-suite and board, securing $5M+ annual innovation budgets
- Mentor a 15-person R&D team while fostering a culture of rapid prototyping and agile experimentation
- Track competitor tech trajectories and regulatory shifts to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching AI or quantum computing products with $10M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, AR/VR)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants or corporate venture funding
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive/board-level experience
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
