Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech stacks: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or AR/VR
- Strong strategic planning with ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
