Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite and investors
- Mentor junior innovators in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Strong analytical skills for technology forecasting and risk assessment
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
