Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing, prototyping, and launching breakthrough tech products
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic chips) for strategic integration
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track technology adoption curves
- Mentor talent in emerging tech methodologies and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or neurotech
- Track record of launching 3+ commercially successful tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation strategy
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier publications
