Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026+ horizon)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive innovations
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends with commercial potential
- Develop patent-pending solutions in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and investors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Published research in IEEE/Nature/Science journals
