Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption in 2026+ markets
- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous solutions
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through stakeholder presentations
- Partner with academia to publish 3+ industry-defining papers annually
- Mentor junior innovators in future-skills development programs
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI projects from lab to market
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Expertise in federated learning and post-quantum cryptography
- Certification in Tech Ethics (IEEE or ACM preferred)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ commercialized tech innovations
