- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 market-readiness potential
- Drive innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic technology proposals to C-suite and investors
- Manage innovation lab operations and R&D budget allocation
- Champion ethical tech development and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products post-2020
- Expertise in at least three frontier technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making framework
- Experience scaling global R&D operations across multiple time zones
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Fluency in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping tools
