Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business units
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through compelling investor pitches
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and startups
- Mentor a team of 10+ technical innovators in emerging fields
- Present quarterly tech foresight reports to C-suite executives

Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years' experience
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations to $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
