Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching commercialized innovations with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Experience with government tech policy frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred) and ML frameworks
