Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Identify emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop scalable prototypes for next-gen autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Secure and manage $10M+ innovation budgets for experimental projects
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and technical specialists
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record shipping breakthrough products (quantum/AI experience preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, AGI ethics, neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks
