Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science or Quantum Physics with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from lab to market
- Expertise in ethics frameworks for autonomous systems (IEEE 7000, ISO 24027)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants
- Exceptional strategic communication for technical/non-technical audiences
