- Drive innovation sprints with quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech specialists
- Secure $5M+ annual funding through white papers and stakeholder presentations
- Mentor 15+ engineers/researchers through agile innovation frameworks
- Patent 3+ breakthrough technologies annually through IP strategy execution
- Partner with MIT/Stanford labs on emerging tech commercialization
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in quantum/AI domains
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from prototype to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or carbon capture tech
- Experience securing DoE/NASA grants with $10M+ funding history
- Fluency in Python/C++ with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Global speaking record at Web Summit, TechCrunch Disrupt, or similar forums
