Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, identifying key emerging trends.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists to prototype and validate futuristic technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious initiatives.
- Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech innovators and academic institutions.
- Implementation: Oversee the integration of next-gen tech stacks into our production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or director-level role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of inspiring diverse teams.
