Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmaps: Design and implement long-term technical strategies that align with our vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- AI & ML Integration: Lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core products to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- System Scalability: Oversee the migration to microservices architectures, ensuring our systems can handle exponential growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and senior engineers alike.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless technologies.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends (e.g., GenAI, Edge Computing) and apply them practically.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges under tight deadlines.
