Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a strategic vision for integrating Quantum AI into our core product suite.
- Prototype Next-Gen Systems: Design and prototype complex algorithms that leverage quantum supremacy for real-world problem solving.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on Neural Interface technology and Synthetic Intelligence scalability.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Ensure all future-tech architectures are robust, energy-efficient, and scalable for global deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred for advanced research roles).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI or Quantum computing.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical strategy and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends and translate them into viable technical products.
