Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Define the technical roadmap for emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Readiness) with a focus on the 2026 timeline.
- Oversee the deployment of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) across enterprise products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Spatial Computing and AR/VR interfaces.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and algorithmic transparency.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed system architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying models at scale in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with edge computing, IoT, and next-gen hardware integration.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI frameworks.
