Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process, identifying key technological milestones and deliverables leading up to the 2026 target year.
- AI & Automation Strategy: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI agents and automation workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Architecture Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards that ensure system longevity, security, and compliance for future market demands.
- Emerging Tech Incubation: Research, prototype, and validate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready infrastructure, spatial computing) to ensure readiness for 2026.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex technical visions into clear strategies for C-suite executives and product teams.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the migration of core systems to ensure seamless interoperability with future technologies.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in technical architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role focusing on long-term strategy.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and Serverless computing.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and integrate disruptive technologies relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams and driving cultural change.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, long-term architectural challenges.
