Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and strategy for next-generation software systems targeting the 2026 market landscape.
- Define and implement scalable, high-performance infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Drive innovation in AI/ML integration, ensuring ethical and efficient deployment of models.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.

- Strong background in Machine Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
