Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate AI
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, bioengineers, and ethicists
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and sentient AI
- Partner with governments on digital sovereignty policies
- Present findings at Davos and UN Technology Summits
- Prototype next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Mentor PhD candidates through InnovateNext's Future Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading complex tech projects in quantum/AI/blockchain
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Q# preferred)
- Experience with ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Portfolio of deployed systems impacting 1M+ users
- Security clearance for government-level projects
