The Role:

Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation AI systems and autonomous agents.
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps for 2026 and beyond, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership capacity.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithmic efficiency.
