Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable software architectures capable of supporting the demands of 2026-era applications, including high-frequency AI processing and decentralized ledgers.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives focusing on emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Spatial Computing.
- Strategic Vision: Translate abstract future trends into concrete technical roadmaps and product specifications for the engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and industry experts to ensure technical feasibility and innovation alignment.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or principal engineering role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or similar high-performance languages; familiarity with cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML paradigms, blockchain technology, and future UI/UX trends (AR/VR/MR).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical problems and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
