Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for Project 2026, aligning technology stacks with business goals.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core business processes.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum Computing, etc.) and assess their potential impact on the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java; extensive experience with microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
