Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for the company’s transition into 2026, focusing on AI integration, quantum readiness, and edge computing.
- Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business objectives and industry trends.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems that can handle future growth and evolving user demands.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Web3, IoT) and evaluate their potential impact on our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality delivery.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic advisory role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and large language models.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
