Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust, distributed systems infrastructure optimized for the unique demands of 2026 technologies (e.g., advanced LLMs, spatial web environments).
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 stack, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Cloud & Security: Oversee the migration and maintenance of cloud-native architectures on AWS and Azure, with a focus on zero-trust security protocols.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve throughput for high-volume data processing pipelines.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, TypeScript, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, model deployment, and the integration of AI agents into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, high-stakes technical problems under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
