Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI-driven automation and quantum integration.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in developing high-fidelity prototypes for next-generation neural interfaces.
- Bridge the gap between R&D and product delivery, ensuring emerging technologies are ethically and technically viable.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies on emerging tech stacks and evaluate their impact on current architecture.
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Oversee system scalability, security protocols, and performance optimization across distributed global infrastructures.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record in leadership or senior engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
