Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to translate complex tech concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and future-proof infrastructure systems.
- Identify potential risks in long-term tech adoption and devise mitigation strategies.
- Drive innovation sprints focused on next-generation user experiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architectures.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing fundamentals and their potential enterprise applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical vision to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
