Responsibilities

- AI & ML Integration: Integrate cutting-edge machine learning models into production environments to enhance system intelligence and automation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure zero-latency user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with extensive experience in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering projects on time and within scope.
