Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technological vision for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Computing.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation software solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product, design, and executive leadershipâto align technical strategies with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, advanced robotics) to integrate into our product ecosystem.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the migration strategy for legacy systems to prepare the infrastructure for future technological leaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and a strong understanding of ethical AI implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
