- Technical Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify emerging opportunities for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in AI/ML architectures, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and bringing cutting-edge concepts to market.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex technical challenges with elegant, scalable solutions.
