Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems architecture for emerging tech stacks.
- Lead architectural reviews and provide technical mentorship to engineering teams.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to determine feasibility and integration points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Systems Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technology strategy and long-term planning initiatives.
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and future tech trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale distributed systems.
